2. Enrollment & Payments

   • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or Englopak’s refund policy.

3. Online Courses

   • Login credentials are for personal use only and must not be shared.

   • Englopak may record sessions for quality and training purposes.

4. Certificates

   • Certificates are awarded only upon successful course completion and meeting assessment requirements.

5. Visa Consultancy

   • Englopak provides guidance and consultancy but cannot guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest with the respective embassies/authorities.

6. User Responsibilities

   • Students/clients must provide correct information and comply with class rules and consultancy guidelines.

   • Misuse of services or violation of terms may lead to suspension without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • Englopak is not liable for losses arising from misuse of services, visa rejections, or third-party decisions.
