Enrollment & Payments
Course enrollment requires accurate personal details and timely fee payment.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or Englopak’s refund policy.
Online Courses
Login credentials are for personal use only and must not be shared.
Englopak may record sessions for quality and training purposes.
Certificates
Certificates are awarded only upon successful course completion and meeting assessment requirements.
Visa Consultancy
Englopak provides guidance and consultancy but cannot guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest with the respective embassies/authorities.
User Responsibilities
Students/clients must provide correct information and comply with class rules and consultancy guidelines.
Misuse of services or violation of terms may lead to suspension without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Englopak is not liable for losses arising from misuse of services, visa rejections, or third-party decisions.
